It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Gary Higgins, former Director and CEO of Coeval, who lost his battle with illness in May 2025.
Gary was appointed Director in May 2017 and led the business through significant growth and change until January 2025, when he stepped away from the business due to health reasons.
He built a reputation not only for his leadership but for the care he showed in the way he looked after his staff.
Gary’s management style was one that both encouraged freedom and empowered others to own their roles. He was there when you needed him, but allowed staff to find their own way of doing things.
To those who knew Gary, both in and out of the industry, he left behind fond memories, a strong legacy, and many friendships that spanned both professional and personal lives.
Gary’s family shared the following words:
“Our dad was a generous, kind, and resilient man – deeply loved, always there for others, and a true provider in every sense.”
We are all feeling this loss deeply at Coeval, and our thoughts are with Gary’s family during this difficult time.
