Coeval has welcomed David Campbell as the newest member of its growing engineering team, reinforcing the company’s ongoing commitment to investment in people, technical excellence and customer service.
David joins Coeval as an Engineer at a time of continued growth for the business, as demand increases for intelligent traffic technology and responsive, high-quality support. His appointment reflects Coeval’s focus on recruiting high calibre expertise to ensure clients continue to receive reliable installation, maintenance and aftercare across the UK.
In his role, David will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of Coeval’s electronic traffic signs and systems, including LED message boards and vehicle activated signage. Working both independently and as part of a wider team, he will travel to client sites to deliver installations that meet strict technical and safety specifications, ensuring each system performs exactly as intended from day one.
David will also play a key role in testing, setup and diagnostics. This includes checking the full functionality of installed hardware and software, verifying the performance of LED displays, sensors, communications and power systems, and configuring devices with the appropriate settings and predefined messages. This detailed approach ensures Coeval’s solutions operate reliably in real-world environments.
Ongoing maintenance and repair work will form an important part of David’s responsibilities. He will carry out scheduled maintenance visits, respond to service calls, diagnose faults and undertake repairs to keep systems operating efficiently. Accurate logging of service work and equipment status will support Coeval’s proactive approach to asset management and customer support.
David’s appointment supports Coeval’s wider ambition to continue expanding its engineering capability in line with growing project demands and customer expectations. By strengthening its in-house expertise, Coeval is better positioned to deliver high-quality installations, responsive maintenance and long-term reliability across its technology portfolio.
As Coeval continues to grow, the company remains committed to attracting skilled professionals who share its focus on safety, innovation and service excellence. The addition of David is another positive step in ensuring Coeval can continue to support clients with the expertise and reliability they expect.
